Returns & Exchanges
JJJJound accepts returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that all collaborative releases and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Request
Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours; once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and a pre-paid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include the RA form, and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Process and Refund
Upon receipt and quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 7-10 business days.
